EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of purchase. The Delivery period (6-7 days) will commence after that.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If the Customer receives the product in perfect condition but wants to Exchange or Refund it due to any reason, then-

  • As a company policy, we provide only exchange on any product once sold.

  • Returns/Exchanges can be requested only once per Order.

  • Once the item is sold, the product can only be exchanged for replacement in an upper or same-price value product.

  • Custom/Bulk Orders also cannot be returned and must be Prepaid only.

  • Heavily Discounted Products will not be eligible for Returns & Exchanges. Kindly check the tags on the product page before you make a purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the processing of returns, exchanges, or refunds will commence once we receive the payment from our Shipping Partner. This procedure may take up to 28 days from the date of delivery.

  • In Case of Exchange, Contact us with your invoice no. within 2 days of delivery on whats app 9724493540(preferable for fast communication) or Email: info@thefabrichaat.com.

  • Only products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, are eligible for exchange.

  • The customer has to send it back to our address, we don’t provide pickup service for exchange.

  • Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because THE FABRIC HAAT shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer.

  • We will send the exchanged product only after receiving the old product.

  • If your package arrives with signs of opening or damage, please refuse to accept the delivery. If the customer accepts the package in that condition, THE FABRIC HAAT will not be liable to pay any claim or exchange the product.

DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCTS ( Opening video is must)

  • Please make an opening video. We dispatch parcels after quality check so we don’t consider products in damaged/wrong product categories without opening a video.

  • Opening Video will not be considered if it is found that the parcel was already opened or the customer made a video after taping the parcel (we don’t use any kind of tape).

  • After sending the video via WhatsApp to 9724493540(preferable for fast communication) or Email: info@thefabrichaat.com, the process of exchange will be initiated.

  • Make sure the video is shared within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT

We do not consider the product as damaged,

  • If the product doesn't suit you.

  • If you don't like fabric quality/texture (fabric looking rough, fabric looking old, etc.). we assure you that the fabric description is accurate in product detail and the customer needs to follow all the wash and care instructions.

  • For any small issue like minor printing variation (roughness in print, uneven prints, drying lines) it's the beauty of hand block print. It comes with little unevenness and looks traditionally hand-crafted.

  • Slight color variation in actual and illustrative color as this may be due to photography or screen resolution reasons.
